Waffle Pizza Fries | Recipe

As a family, we have lots of family game and movie nights. These evenings call for easy style dinners that everyone can enjoy – which isn’t always easy {especially when you have one fussy kid in the bunch!}. However, if I could hand pick one meal choice that we all love, then I’d have to say pizza. Which gave me the idea to make a different style of pizza for our next hang out together.

Waffle Pizza fries sound so incredibly heavenly that I could not wait to make them and my fingers were crossed they’d taste as amazing as I hoped. There is no real recipe technique – per se – to this meal but if anything putting it together is good fun. It’s also something you can leave for the kids to put together, too! They are so easy to make which means less time in the kitchen and more time to spend with the family. 

You need –

• Waffle fries {I picked up waffle fries from my local Tesco}
• Pizza sauce
• Pizza topping of choice – we’ve gone with pepperoni
• Grated cheese
• Any herbs & spices of choice – I’ve got some parsley to sprinkle on the top

How to –

Bake your oven waffle fries first. Then you just ‘assemble’ your creation {in an oven dish} with some pizza sauce, toppings and grated cheese. Put it back into the oven for a few moments, letting the cheese melt and the pepperoni to heat-up – you have yourself a meal ready to be enjoyed.
