My 2019 Christmas Gift Guide

Welcome to my 2019 Christmas gift guide! I had this grand plan to have a collection of gift guides to share with you guys, but that’s just not happening. I am very much in agreement that everything should be in one place. Making everything much easier to gain inspiration from and get you some great ideas for buying gifts for your loved ones.
Throughout this 2019 Christmas Gift Guide, I will be sharing gift ideas for your partner, your children and even your pets! I have tried to gather as much as possible to share with you guys, to give you the best form of gift inspiration.
Buying gifts for our loved ones can sometimes be easy, but also tricky too! I am totally referring to my Husband when I say that! So, I just hope I have gathered some cool items within this gift guide to help out when it comes to you doing your Christmas shopping.
I’m just going to dive right in, with no particular order…
Here’s my 2019 Christmas Gift Guide…
30 minute Young Driver experience with BuyaGift
The first item on my 2019 Christmas gift guide is such a great gift idea – it is aimed at children aged 10 – 17 years+ and I think it’s got all the ingredients for a great gift idea. What kid doesn’t want to drive Mum or Dads car, right? This doesn’t allow them to do that {exactly} but they can still experience what it’s like to drive a car.

This 30-minute Young driver Experience includes a full one-on-one experience with a licensed driving instructor. They will have the opportunity to learn the basics of driving i.e starting the car, accelerating and braking.
They will be taught road sign recognition as they’re taken around a simulated road system. The circuit will include roundabouts, junctions and road signs. It is the perfect introduction to driving for the price of £36.99.
Little Cooks & Co Subscription box
I love the idea of a baking subscription box, as I know it is something I know my kids will love. Specifically, my 11yr old son, Jacob as he has expressed a keenness to bake and cook recently.
These Little Cooks & Co subscription boxes contain everything you need to create your bake. Everything from dried ingredients, additional kid-friendly recipes to try, easy to follow step-by-step instructions. There are also fun activities and games inside as well as an annual record book in your first box to help your child record their bakes and everything in between.

Every 3 mths your little baker can ‘level up’ and will earn a special certificate and sticker for each stage. I love this aspect of the subscription box and find it really encouraging for our kids to keep baking to progress their skills. The subscription boxes start from £8.33 per month. I think this is one of my favourites in my 2019 Christmas gift idea.
Photo Gifts from Asda
I love a good photo gift to gift to someone over Christmas. I find they are the perfect gift idea for Grandparents, Aunts and Uncles and even friends and close neighbours. Asda has a great photo gift range including mugs, jigsaws, blankets, photos and so much more.
I chose to be sent a gorgeous personalised photo blanket and I absolutely love it. They come in three different sizes; 27.5″ x 27.5″, 38″ x 24″ and 57″ x 37″ – the prices obviously vary depending on the size you choose.

I chose the largest size available for Annabelle and I had a selection of photos printed onto it from her surfing for the first time, losing her first tooth and a range of funny moments that I know she will adore. The 57″ x 37″ photo blanket is available for £45. The quality is gorgeous, is super soft and I know Annabelle will love it.
We also designed a personalised jigsaw, which I will be adding to my DIY advent calendar this year for our Elf on the Shelf antics! We’ve never owned a photo jigsaw before but I think it’s a lovely thing to have and also something a little fun to do as a family this Christmas.
I went for the full photo jigsaw option in 500 pieces and this will cost £25. The designing process is super simple and they have a cute range of designs to choose from.
Gus & Bella Cat Gift Box
Gus and Bella are a lovely team who came together to create something vibrant and fun to connect with a new generation of cat owners. We only within the last year have had our cat, Sega – who adopted us last Christmas as her humans. You can read all about that in this blog post – if you’d like to read it.

I never thought of subscription boxes for pets before Gus and Bella got in touch. I have to say though, I wish I knew about them because this one, in particular, is amazing. We received the Santa Paws December box and it was filled with festive treats and not only for the cat!
Each item in the box is aimed at providing health and happiness to your cat. You’ll receive a selection of toys, food, treats and then something nice for you too! The monthly subscription box starts at £26.95 + £2.95 postage.
Original London Times Newspaper {any date}
I think this is such a gorgeous gift idea, especially for parents and Grandparents in our lives. My Dad loves looking back at history, whether it be our own family genealogy or just historical events in general. I know it is something he loves.
This Original Newspaper, which you can choose any date, is the perfect gift idea for people who like to take a moment to read the past.

For the Original London Times Newspaper, you can add your own personal note and a certificate of authentication is also provided. Not leaving out the gorgeous presentation box that it comes in. This is a full-sized newspaper and it’s amazing to read the front page news and the headlines throughout its pages. A really beautiful gift idea that turns into the perfect keepsake. RRP £33.74 {this is for the standard gift box}
Q2 IMO Plus Mobile phone
We are firmly settled into the digital age and as much as I dislike seeing young children with phones, I’ve come to realise that when they reach a certain age they’re smart for them to have. When you’re after something cheap and does everything you need it too, then Q2 IMO Plus mobile from Vodafone is perfect.

It’s compact, light and has a half-decent camera which impressed me. The back is easy to remove to add your sim card and it charges well.
This mobile phone is available for less than £50 which makes it more apparent that it is perfect for your child’s first phone. A really great gift idea to share in my 2019 Christmas Gift guide.
Glow in the Dark Star Map
I love my children putting up posters in their bedroom. It adds their own style and creativity to their walls and I love that. I also love it if the posters can be a little educational! I adore this Glow in the Dark Star Map from Maps International and it is the perfect gift idea for anyone who loves the constellations in your family.

It is a full-sized poster, great quality and looks amazing at night. My girls love having it in their bedroom and my son is a little envious, so I may need to buy him one for his room, too.
There are a range of sizes available as well as a range of finishes to apply to your chosen map. We received a Glow in the Dark star map in medium with a Silk art finish. RRP £20

Christmas Eve boxes
We do a Christmas eve box for the kids every year and they adore it. We’ve always given them to the children in little Christmas sacks which were lovely but having a selection of Personalised Christmas eve boxes is so much nicer.

Cadbury has us completely covered though as they have this incredible Cadbury Christmas Chocolate hamper available {RRP £50.00} and you get such an amazing range of chocolate treats inside. Not to mention the amazing basket!

The antique-looking wicker basket is everything and the fact it is jammed full of Cadbury treats just makes it even better. This is a lovely gift idea for the chocolate lover in your family. Or perhaps just a gift for the family to enjoy this festive season!

This BRITA Style jug has a sleek, modern design with innovative BRITA technology. It’s available in two sizes, but the one in the photo above is the cool 2.4l jug that’s available for £31.00.
Norma & Dorothy Stationery
Norma and Dorothy have a gorgeous selection of gifts for all occasions. Weddings, Christmas, stationery, cards, photo albums and more. I was kindly sent a Norma and Dorothy Stationery bundle and the quality is pretty amazing.

Norma and Dorothy were founded by Grace Sheriff in 2013 and in just a few shorts years the company has grown into a respected and thriving business. They have a dedicated team of staff and happy customers from all around the world and after seeing the bundle above first hand? I can see why.

They do some gorgeous Christmas gift ideas and I picked out this beautiful Christmas Eve candle and personalised Christmas star for my youngest daughter.
Polaroid POP Instant Digital Camera
Just in time for the 80th Anniversary celebrations of Polaroid, they’ve created something new. Polaroid has designed something which gives us the best of both worlds – the Polaroid Instant Digital Camera.
Polaroid POP is my new favourite gadget! It can capture moments with its 20 megapixels, it’s SD card can store up to 128gb & with Zinc Zero-Ink technology, it can print out 3.5″ x 4.25″ full-colour polaroid prints.

It has the perfect mix of retro and modern design – which I love. You’re able to transfer images to the Polaroid POP using its own wireless connection or you can snap a photo with the POP directly.
Other features include a 3.97″ LCD touchscreen for framing and navigating shots. It has a 20-megapixel CMOS sensor and dual-LED flash. Not leaving out it’s 1080p full HD recording capability and 15-sec GIF creation ability.

I’ll be honest. I am not a leggings wearing kind of gal. However, ever since I was introduced to Love Leggings earlier this year, I have to admit, they’re pretty darn comfortable.
They’re the perfect item of clothing to go to the gym in, do the housework or just enjoy a walk. They are incredibly comfortable as well as being a great fit, whatever your size. Available in XXS to 5XL.
