A Magic Door Review!

Over Christmas, many moons ago I kept seeing these glorious little Magic doors from The Magic Door Store and I was thinking to myself “I must get one of those for next year!”. Yet, fate intervened and I was approached and asked if I’d like to review one. Err, yes, please!! I had loved these little doors ever since I saw them so I was pretty excited to be getting one for my kids too.

The magic door is exceptionally made! It sounds daft to say, but it’s a proper little door! With a little knocker and door handle. It is nothing short of delightful. I love it. The colour I choose is perfect {something bright & bold} and I even adore the surrounding frame. It gives the door a truly luxurious feel. 

A Magic Door Review

This door is perfect to place somewhere special and have the kids just decorate it up especially for the fairies that will need to use it. Every fairy from tooth fairies, Christmas elves, Sleepy pixies and so much more. It’s something that will really capture the innocent imagination of my two years especially. Truth be told, we use it mainly for our annual Elf on the Shelf visit.

I decorate it up with snow on the door frame and a Christmas wreath on the knocker. I’ll always hang up the elves little stockings and my kids have adored this tradition since it began.

Annabelle loved giving this new thing in our home a good once over {like she does with everything}. She was so intrigued by this tiny, brightly coloured little door and had fun giving the knocker a little knock too.

Now, all we’ve left to do is find this little door a place, decorate her up perfectly for the visit of little elves and fairy’s and give it a little sprinkle of magic dust.
