Yoghurt Bars | Recipe

Hey all! Thanks so much for swinging by for another post of delicious treaty goodness! I hope you loved last weeks Nutella Puff Tarts recipe and if you made them I’d love to see them, so make sure you tag me in if you’ve snapped them up! When it comes to snacks for our children you can never go wrong with yoghurt. Making my recent toddler treat swung me right back to my very first toddler treat: frozen yoghurt buttons! This week I have these for you guys…Yoghurt bars are a serious no-brainer. But like the yoghurt buttons when they start to thaw they do start to get a little messy. However, from what I’ve seen they don’t last long enough to make any serious mess!

Here’s what you’ll need:

Yogurt bars
– Greek Yogurt. I used one large carton.
– A selection of berries. I chose to use frozen berries. But you can mix this up with other ingredients.
– A handful of chocolate chips {or another ingredient of your choice}

Here’s the how-to!

This honestly could not be simpler! All I did was pour out the Greek yoghurt onto a baking tray with a layer of parchment paper. I used a spatula to spread it out to the sides and making sure it looked pretty even.
I then sprinkled a selection of frozen berries over the yoghurt. Or at least the ones I could swipe from the grasp of my toddler who was hogging them all to herself!

Then added a sprinkle of chocolate chips and popped it into the freezer for 2hrs. Simple as that.

As always if you have a go at making these I’d love to see them, so please give me a little tag! Whether it’s on Facebook, Twitter or my favourite social media platform of all time, Instagram!

If you missed any previous weeks, they can all be found over on my Toddler Treats board on Pinterest and I look forward to sharing another delicious treat with you beautiful bunch next week!
