Pull apart Pizza Bread | Recipe

It’s Friday! Which means one thing on my little corner of the internet and that is RECIPE POST DAY! Apologies for missing last week’s recipe but I was down with one hell of the flu so I was fit for nothing last week nevermind whisking up something delicious in the kitchen. So, this week I am back with something super tasty, easy to bosh together and will be loved by everyone! Say hello to my new favourite food … Pull apart pizza bread!

This recipe is super easy to put together and is honestly the tastiest snack you can put together for a weekend movie night or even a quick & simple warm lunch for a cold Winters afternoon.
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 15-20 minutes
Ingredients:
Puff pastry block {I use Jus Rol}
Pepperoni
Chorizo
Grated mozzarella cheese
Pizza sauce
Method:
– Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
– Divide your puff pastry block into sections, break them off and roll into a rough ball. Add them to a rectangular tin.

– Add your toppings of choice, you can also push some {or all} into the centres of your pastry balls.

– Sprinkle grated mozzarella over the top!

– Now it’s time to pop this glorious looking beast into the oven for 15-20 mins {or until your puff pastry is cooked through and browning on top}.
– Once cooked, remove from the oven, leave to cool for a few moments {as this is cooling heat up your pizza sauce for dipping! I used Dolmio sweet pepper sauce! Delicious!} as it’ll be super hot {be careful!} and finally…
ENJOY!

A totally YUM recipe, easy to put together and loved by all. So much so it’s been requested for our movie night snacks this weekend! Kids are such demanding little folks, aren’t they! 😉 Get yourself some pull-a-part pizza made!
What have you whisked up this week?
