How to make your own Halloween Bark
I’ve mentioned in previous posts that we’re not decorating/celebrating Halloween in our usual spooky filled fashion this year {pssst we’re holding out for the big ‘C’!} but that hasn’t stopped us making a few fun and festively frightful treats for the scariest night of the year. Today with Halloween just 24 hrs away, I have for you some delicious and easy to make Halloween Bark.
All you need for this are the following:
– Chocolate {I used 2 large Dairy Milk bars}
– Candy corn {bought from a local American store}
– Darkside Skittles {American Candy Store}
– Chocolate covered pretzels
– The creamy inside of amazing-ness from Oreos
I don’t need to tell you how to make chocolate bark! As from the photos, it is pretty self-explanatory! But this is so easy to put together, only takes a little while to set and before you know it can be devoured by your little Vampires, Ghosts & Ghouls. In no time at all, you’ll have your own slab of delicious Halloween bark to enjoy!
However, if you need to know – it’s super simple. Pick your favourite chocolate and melt it up. Make sure you have enough to fill your baking tray {sizes in trays will vary}. I used a rectangular baking tray and lined it with parchment paper. Once you pour it into your tray then go wild with your toppings. Then place into the fridge to chill.

This bark looks so cool. Where do you get candy corn from? I actually thought it was just sweet popcorn till the other day.

Oh, I love this! And it’s a good way to use up my candy corn. (My mum sends me a HUGE bag every year and I never know what to do with it)
I only tasted it for the first time this Halloween. I was pleasantly surprised to find out it was soft and not hard.
