All you really need is a damp mop for cleaning some stains that might be on the floors and for dry cleaning, you can use a sweeping brush or vacuum cleaner. Furniture pads are small square-shaped padded fabrics, which are put beneath the legs and arms of the furniture like sofas, couches, shelves, etc. These pads help to keep a barrier between the legs of the furniture and the wooden floors so that the floors are not left with weird scratch marks.
