My own personal Christmas Wish list

My own personal Christmas Wish list

For a good few years now, my husband always asks me {on the run-up to Christmas} have you made your wish list yet? My answer is of course, always no! But then I find the time, from goodness knows where to finally sit down to create one, which turns out is just for him. I like to share it as a gift guide style blog post to share with you gorgeous lot too because, in the many years that I have been blogging, I appreciate the time people go too to inspire me when it comes to gift buying. Which are, of course, my hopes of what this post might do for you! So here it is ‘My Personal Christmas Wish List’.

When I finally sat down to think of what I would like to wish for this Christmas, it was tough. This year has been quite the ride for us all, globally! So when I thought of what I would’ve liked? Not to sound too corny, but I already have it. The roof over our heads, food in our fridge, clothes on our backs and more importantly our health.

However, when I took a moment to remember that my Husband, over time, has become a pretty good gift giver! Mainly due to these style of posts that he requests I create every single year! He spoils me, so I am very lucky! Not that he needs to buy everything off the list, but 9 times out of ten, he does. Because he is clearly a crazy person and I do love him for his crazy.

I am at the age now where I do not need any form of guff. I have always been very practical and therefore appreciate practical gifts. For example, I am a sucker for lush cosmetics. A bath just isn’t ‘a bath’ without those soft, luxurious bubbles! Just me? Also, the walking boots he bought nearly 8 years ago have just fallen apart – I wore them religiously! So, a new pair would be amazing! I’d also like to try a paint by number project, those sorts of things.

Here is a little break down of my own personal Christmas wish list!

Tiki Glasses {set of 2}

I know, I know. Some people love those big bowl-like gin glasses or elegant champagne flutes. I get it. But I just love how quirky these super fun Tiki Glasses are! Plus, think of the cocktail possibilities!

Tripod Phone Mount

I take a lot of photos, as a Mum and a blogger, it’s sort of my jam. I’ve also started to enjoy taking more videos. However, of all the tripods I have, none of them can support my mobile phone. So, this Tripod phone mount would be mega useful for those occasions.

Floral Anti-theft Backpack

Over the years, I have accumulated quite a number of backpacks. All having their own functions. Some are for day trips, others for travelling, one for work etc. However, over those years of use, they have all made their way {bar one that is still hanging on by a thread!} to the backpack graveyard. So this very pretty and practical anti-theft backpack would be perfect.

Anna Sui – Secret Wish perfume

I’m pretty sure this perfume has been discontinued, which makes me very sad. However, I do believe there are still a few in circulation. It is such a delicious scent, I cannot even tell you! I have been a fan of Anna Sui – Secret wish Perfume forever!

Paint by Numbers kit

I am a huge Doctor Who fan, so, if you’ve clocked the Van Gogh Cafe at Night paint by numbers kit, then you will know what episode it is from. One of the best in Doctor Who history, by far! So I thought this would be a fun project to do and then finally frame and display in the house.

Lush bubble bars!

Lush is my go-to brand for all of my bath products. Although truth be told, as much I love everything in their store? Bubble bars are where my heart truly lies. The softness, the 3ft high bubbles, the smell! Everything about Lush is divine.

Snow boots

This might be wishful thinking on my part, but I don’t care. These Winter snow boots look so comfortable. Just what we need for our winter walks as a family!

GorillaPod for Camera/Phone

Back to my love for taking photos and something to go along with the tripod phone mount, a Gorillapod. Something I have been after for ages! So much easier to take along on day trips than my usual tripod!

A fun t-shirt

I’m a huge t-shirt fan. It’s pretty much all I wear with my skinny jeans and converse! And being a Doctor Who fan, I think this Gallifrey University T-shirt is very appropriate, don’t you think?

And there you have it. My own personal Christmas wish list! I cannot believe Christmas is so soon! I, at this point, am quite organised! However, now seeing the time we have left, maybe not as organised as I thought! I’d better get a wiggle on!

Do your partners need you to give them a list?
