Me & Mine: June 2016

I was so incredibly late with my family photo for Me and Mine photo project in May! But hey ho, life gets on top of you sometimes and you just have to step back, take a breather and make sure your priorities are in order. 

However, unlike the Me and Mine post for May, I’m on time, for like…the first time ever with this months photo post! The first time ever. I feel like this should be celebrated….with cake! It feels amazing when I find the time to capture my family like this. Having family photos around the home mean so much to me. Any parent would get that! 

This will be the first photo {other than our annual Christmas family photo!} that I will have shared on a Me & Mine category that includes ALL of us and it just makes me so darn giddy that I genuinely cannot stop smiling at it.

I just love these photos and you can make damn sure that they’ll be treasured and repeated more often! Getting all of the kids together in one place is no easy feat! But when we do manage it and capture photos like this? They mean the world to me. My next group one will be our annual Christmas photo! Bring it on because we have quite the collection already!

The month of June has been sad and quite a hard one for us as a family {we lost someone dear} and if we were to take anything from the events of June, it is that memories are to made and photos should be taken. Our children need these sort of things to remember those moments. To look back on them, to remember them and to smile.
