Me & Mine Project {February 2017}

Well, February went by a bit fast didn’t it! It’s crazy to think we’re into the third month of 2017 already. But if there is anything to get excited about it’s the little signs of Spring that are popping up everywhere.

The trees are slowly starting to bud, the sunshine is attempting to come out more {regardless of the skin-shearing winds} and we’ve even spotted a few daffodil sprouts lately! That’s a true sign that Spring is on its way, isn’t it? Those glorious yellow Daffodils.

February has been a bit of bug-fueled month for us as a family because someone at some point, has been poorly. Annabelle seems to be hit the most because you know…preschool! Or soft play¬†{which was also a culprit this month!}. Then the husband got sick, the two older kids thankfully dodged it and then finally it hit me. Like a brick. Which left me pretty much useless for the last week.

But, before the bugs hit we enjoyed a lovely day out in Portrush, which is where many failed attempts at taking our February Me & Mine photos took place. Here are a few semi-successful ones!

If you need a chuckle….here’s one of our not-so-successful ones. I really need to get myself a gorilla pod because clearly balancing your DSLR on a rocky wall wasn’t one of my best ideas!

My husband’s face says it all! And I even scratched my camera screen from my clearly quite poor attempt at balancing it on the seaside wall! Waaaah!¬†I really need to get myself a gorilla pod ordered…

Until next time!

    They are pretty pictures still and a good attempt at a family shot!

      Taking those family shots aren’t easy! Especially when using a rocky wall {with high winds} perhaps not one of my best ideas, lol. Thanks!
