Doc McStuffins Toy Hospital Bag, Review

My littlest lady has loved Doc McStuffins since she was around 18mths old. That love has never wavered and Doc {inc. the gang} have been a firm favourite for my little girl ever since. Of course, she has a few Doc McStuffins products but we were recently, and very kindly, sent out the latest model of the Doc McStuffins Toy hospital bag set, to review. Even cooler than that, it’s the actual bag from the TV show!

My little girl instantly went bonkers for it and keep saying “Can we open it, Mama? Can we!” over and over until I caved. I said to her “Mama has to photograph it first!” and in typical blogger child fashion, she replied with “OK Mama” and took a seat to wait as patiently as an excited three-year-old child could.

My first thought when I saw this product was how cute the bag was. We loved the previous design of this Doctor bag but I always thought the way it opened was a bit awkward. This one, however, is honestly so different and in the best way. Check it out…

It opens differently and provides a much bigger space for removing and putting away the Doc’s accessories. It’s also the CUTEST little bag. The detail is much more attractive, the sweet little handle on the top and just the overall look of it is delightful.

The accessories you get are much like the previous Doctor bag sets eg. injection needle, thermometer, stethoscope, ID tag {with clip & neck strap} & also an ear-checker-thingy-ma-bob and not forgetting the little stickers in this set too. However, like the bag, these too have had a design upgrade; I personally think they look a lot nicer and the stethoscope still has that famous and familiar sound.

Of course, when everything was opened, my little lady just had to put on her Doc McStuffins scrubs to play with her new Toy Hospital bag and went in search for toys to fix.

This new Doc McStuffins Toy Hospital Bag RRP £14.99, which in my opinion is a fantastic price and is suitable for children 3yrs+. My daughter absolutely loves it and it’s so fun watching her imagination fly when another patient comes through the door.

Disclosure: We were sent out this product for the purpose of our review. All thoughts, photos and opinions are 100% my own.

My three-year-old daughter is doc crazy too, she has a Lambie ted she has slept with every night since she was 10 months old. We had the orginal bag and while she loved it she did find it hard to open. This one looks great, I think I will have to add it to her Santa list x

We had the original bag too and it is quite hard to open and we found it to be quite awkward to get things in and out of it too. This new one though, there is no problems. It’s such a lovely new design, you can’t help but love it. x
