We are truly spoiled for choice when it comes to streaming services. Recently, the Disney+ channel has come online and is now streaming it’s own shows. It’s another example of how our favorite shows are going to be made accessible and you won’t have to wait for a specific time and day to watch your shows anymore. But, if you have never had a streaming service before you will be confused and not quite sure which is worth the money. Your family may also have different tastes, so it’s just good of us that we have made a shortlist explaining your options.

Netflix

it’s now seen as the veteran streaming service, isn’t it? Everyone and their pet cat know about Netflix. But what are its key features?

• TV shows, series, TV movies, blockbusters, comedy shows, documentaries, and unique Netflix-produced shows. It services up a hot plate of everything you could wish for.
• The pricing is quite reasonable, about $9 a month at their basic rate. 
• It’s a monthly subscription-based platform, but you can choose to pay annually if that suits you better. 
• There are lots of lists that are frequently added to, so you get some of the latest and greatest content.
• It’s very modern in its approach and likes to have your feedback on social media.

Amazon Firestick

• It’s a small stick-like box that you plug into your HDMI port in your TV.

• You can also attach your YouTube, Spotify, and other apps to your Amazon Firestick. This is something that is awesome if you watch YOuTube videos on your TV via your phone but would like better control options.

Disney+

This has been a raging success story. Disney has launched its own TV channel, so you can watch some of the best shows on the market. It’s got movies, shows, kid’s programs, and more.

• At the moment, the pricing is roughly the same as Netflix, standing at $7.99. 
• They also have a flexible payment system. You can make monthly payments or annual payments, whichever is best for you.
• It’s got some great kid’s shows as well as blockbusters. As you may know, Disney owns superhero franchises e.g. Avenger series which is one of the hottest series in the world.
