3 reasons to book an Airport Transfer

3 reasons to book an Airport Transfer

Organising travel plans, whether they be for yourself, the family or a group of friends – whatever way you travel, it can be stressful. I am one of those people who hasn’t even left for the airport and I am already thinking of how we’d get to our destination once we land. Usually, I would book a taxi, but when there are farther distances to travel between the airport & the place we’ll be staying – or even from the airport back home – airport transfer services are my new favourite thing.

Perhaps your ways of travel are a little different from my own. Maybe pre-booking any form of airport transfer once you land isn’t on top of your ‘to-do’ list and I get that. Planning trips can be pretty intense, depending on the trip you’re taking, I guess. But I like to be organised and after a long flight, I like to know that our journey has already been booked & paid for before the wheels of the plane hit the tarmac.

Having an airport transfer already booked takes a huge load of the stress of your shoulders – if you already use an airport transfer service, then you’ll get what I am saying. We used an Airport transfer service on my recent travels to Cyprus and it was honestly the best experience.

Next on my travel bucket list is Italy, maybe landing in Milan and travelling to Lake Como, stopping by in Venice & onto Florence. Florence is one of my dream destinations to visit! But I think flying into Milan would be a pretty great start. Who knows when I will take this trip but I am certainly one of those weird folk who plans things in my head before they are even set in stone. So naturally, I am already looking into Taxi Airport Transfers from Milan Malpensa Airport.

Have you ever been to Italy? Any tips?

Another reason to use an airport transfer service is if you’re in a group. Standard taxi’s only carry 4 passengers. You don’t want to hire multiple taxis because what if one breaks down? Or, gets stuck in traffic? You’re best sticking together, arriving together and everything is going to plan.

During our travels to Cyprus, as I mentioned, we did hire an airport transfer. We landed quite late at night, so if we were unsure where we had to go in the daytime – at nighttime we didn’t have a chance. So hiring an airport transfer is peace of mind that you’ll get to where you need to go – even when you’re in an unfamiliar place.

So there are a few reasons to look into booking an airport transfer when you’re next off your travels. Having a big family, it’s personally our thing to do and it’s not developed into a habit to book our transfer after I’ve booked our flights. It’s such a relief to know everything is sorted & pre-paid for.

How do you organise your travels? Do you use an Airport Transfer service?
