Siblings project {March 2016}

I find it completely baffling that I am putting together my Siblings in March post. How are we halfway through the third month of 2016 already! It’s going CRAZY fast and as much as it has been thus far, I’d still like it to slow down a little. Pretty please?

This month my siblings have been as close as ever, bar the odd occurrence of the demonic threenager who just hits and kicks her way to getting what she pleases. At some point she will realise that lashing out won’t get her what she wants. I hope! But demonic visits from the handy threenager aside, March, this far, has been lovely. The weather hasn’t been the greatest {thankfully it’s just now starting to brighten up! It’s about time!} but we’ve got out when we could and I’m forever finding little moments to snap up a photo of my three little ones.

From the toddler who couldn’t stick her tongue out far enough to lick her lips 6mths ago, seeing her mimic her older Brothers cheeky sticking-out-of-the-tongue is just all kinds of amazing.

I just love how Annabelle is checking to see how Ellie sticks up her thumbs {and Jacob clearly off in his own wee world somewhere!}.

Annabelle didn’t quite get it, but she thought she nailed it and that’s what matters. Look at those three happy little faces!! *swoon*

Jacobs face in this photo just cracks me up! I have no idea what he is about to laugh about, but his expression in this shot is amazing. The girls, however, are distracted! This is my typical attempt at capturing my three smalls. Someone is always missing the memo about looking at the camera!

The last few weeks I’ve noticed Jacob finally starting to grow. He hasn’t grown much, but he’s growing and in this photo that’s clearer to see than ever! I’ve been so used to him being this little dinky sweetheart of a guy that I’m not quite prepared from him to get all tall and grown up on me now!

This click of the camera was accidental and I ended up capturing a true moment. Ellie was trying to get Annabelle to look at the camera, I’ve no clue what Jacob did but Annabelle hit him for his troubles, hence his expression and her pout of displeasure. My kids crack me up!

The looks at each other in this photo actually melt me. Even though she hits out at him more than anyone else, he still loves her regardless and understands that her lashing out, will pass and its adorable to hear that he’s OK with that. He’s such a wee dreamboat and I just love how he loves his little Sister.

I hope you enjoyed a little glimpse into my siblings for March! I cannot believe how fast they are growing and I think looking back on my Siblings project throughout 2016, in December, will!! I say, Bring-it-on!

    What a lovely idea for a post – when you look back in a few years it will be really special for you to remember how they all were. I know what you mean about it all going too fast – where does time go?!
