Our week in Photos

Quite recently I’ve started to bring out my SLR. She often gets left at home as it’s easier for me to just whip out the camera phone, but when push comes to shove, no matter how up-to-date the camera phone, it’ll never give you the same results as the SLR would. So as I said, lately, I’ve been bringing her out with us more.

Annabelle and I had our little Viaduct adventure last week, and we’ve had little moments out in the garden when the rain has stayed at bay. The rain has been oh-so-present over this last week which is a real shame, but it’s not kept us from keeping busy and trying to keep the fun times flowing.

So instead of me waffling, on I’ll share our week in photos, apologies for the amount!
I adore this shot. Belles got this new cheeky-hands-over-her-mouth-giggle at the moment, and it’s so deliciously cheeky. Couldn’t you just eat her up?
She’s covered in felt tip, no nappy on, phone still on Netflix in her hand and she’s out cold. Lol. Toddlers eh!
week2week3week9We popped into Carrickfergus for a play in their amazing Pirate/Marina park and lunch too of course at Brewers Fayre. Yum!
At every given moment, this little munchkin loves to jump over Mummy & Daddys bed. Most of the times just after I’ve made the bloddy thing. But how could you get mad eh! She looks so cute! Plus, I’m still new to this “Being a Yes Mum” malarky! 😉
We went for a walk down to our local Viaducts, which is our only proper place to go that’s near us. But Annabelle loves it, so it’s ‘our place’ really.

It was nice to have Daddy home from work to come along with us too!
We clearly have a little gamer in the making! Nothing funnier than turning round and seeing your toddler has put her Daddys headset on and is trying to do on the PC what he does. She’s so funny at the moment.
DSC_0905[1]week21Annabelle absolutely loves having her nails painted at the moment. So I am forever being hassled to do it. But I can’t deny that I secretly love having some grown up girlie time with my youngest.

So there you go, our week in photos. Next week the kids will be back from Spain! YAY! I cannot wait! So next week there’ll be more adorable faces to share with you guys!

Lovely photos of your week Debs, you have inspired me to get my big camera out more, I only ever really take it out when are actually doing something if you know what I mean, because the iPhone is so much easier. But you are right you can totally tell the difference. x

Oh my goodness Annabelle is just too adorable, especially that little giggle with her hands over her mouth! Just beautiful captures Debs and I bet you’re counting down the seconds to the kids getting home from Spain! xx

Oh my gosh there are some adorable pics there. The laughing one, the fallen asleep one is super precious and I love the bouncing one as it reminds me of when Aspen was that age with her hair just like that. Great pics!

She is so beautiful! What a cheeky little face she has, the hands over her mouth shots are my faves followed by the jumping on the bed one! Zach loves jumping on our bed – unfortunately he forgot that he’s not meant to do it on his own bed and you can guess what happened when he did a sitting pike (trampolining terms!), the other evening…that’s right…crack went his bed! It’s currently being supported by a box set of Thomas books!! Toddlers hey?! Thanks so much for linking up with #TwinklyTuesday

Gorgeous pictures, she is totally adorable
I have also started taking my DSLR out with me recently as you kind of forget how much better the pictures are than those taking with the camera phone.
