My 2015 Review Roundup!

I honestly cannot believe that we are into our final few days of 2015. This year has been a great one. It has been busy, full, fun & one to be thankful for. 2015 has been a great year for my family & me, but it has also been an amazing year for my little blog. This last twelve has seen her grow and seeing that makes me so excited to see what 2016 will bring. But before we kiss at midnight and toast in the new year, I thought it would be fun to put together a review roundup for each month of 2015!

January – Trunki Toddlepak

toddlepak review This toddlepak from Trunki was a really big favourite of ours, mainly due to Annabelle repelling her buggy from her 2nd birthday. So when this was kindly sent out for us to review we could walk with her knowing she was comfortable and safe. A definite 2015 product favourite for us.

February – Hardwall Takker

takkerThe Hardwall takker is one of those products that I cannot see me ever not raving about. This product for me is a miniature saviour. The walls of our home are solid concrete, making it almost impossible to hammer in any nails the conventional way, with a hammer & nail. But this simple little product can add a tack into your wall with such ease that it without a doubt owns a place in my top 2015 product reviews!

March – Kano Computer Software

kano computer softwareThis Kano Computer software was sent to us and I never expected my eldest daughter to love it as much as she did {and still does!}. I loved watching her fall in love with something I never expected a ten-year-old girl to love doing, and that was coding. Kano is basically a computer to make coding fun and very do-able for kids, so seriously check it out as it’s an amazing product.

April – The Wild Things

Lamb-dress-the-wild-thingsIn the Spring of this year, Annabelle was sent a pair of gorgeous ‘Wild things’ dresses to review. The quality of these handmade dresses are utter perfection. I love the fact that as she grows that these two dresses can {and will} be used as tops. Nothing beats multifunctional clothing!

May – Breville ‘Toast to the top’ Toaster

toast to the top with brevilleBack in May of this year, I was kindly sent the new Toast to the top toaster from Breville to review. I am a huge fan of toast {who isn’t!} and I was never a fan of that dreaded ‘white bit’ that was always at the top of my toast. Well, with this toaster we could wave goodbye to that dastardly random white untoasted part and now I don’t think I could ever not have my toast, toasted to the top! Thank you Breville, this toaster is every toast lovers dream! I am also very aware how many times I’ve just said toast!

June – Flower girl dresses from BHS

BHS flowergirl dressesIn June of this year, I was officially engaged to my darling man for 6mths, which meant as a future bride-to-be I was in full wedding organising mode. So when BHS got in touch and kindly offered me the opportunity to review some of their wedding attire, how could I say no! I adored these gorgeous Flowergirl dresses and I cannot wait until I see my little daughter and niece in them at our wedding. The BHS Wedding range is so beautiful and affordable too.

July: Eds Easy Diner, Boucher Road, Belfast

eds-diner9Being given the opportunity to review the new Eds Easy Diner in Belfast this year was a true highlight. Such a fun restaurant with an American diner feel like no other. The music is great, the food was amazing and their milkshakes are utter heaven. If you have never been, see if there is an Eds Easy Diner near you because you will not be sorry.

August – Swimfin Swimming Aid

Swimfin review with super busy mumMy children love swimming and them becoming members of the Summer Swimfin family this year was pretty amazing. Reviewing this Swimfin product was and still is amazing and a real help to my children gaining more water confidence. The toddler especially! Within 2 swimming sessions, she no longer needed Mama to hold on to her as she was off on her own. All thanks to her vertical swimming aid, Swimfin.

September – Fujifilm Instax WIDE 300 Camera

Fujifilm 300 WIDE instax ReviewBeing a Bride-to-be, having one of these fabulous instant cameras in my possession is very exciting indeed. This instant WIDE 300 camera from Fujifilm is perfect for parties and other such occasions due to it’s wide feature. More people being able to huddle into photos thus making more amazing memories! Great product!

October – Curvy Kate Luau Love Tankini

curvy-kate-tankini-luau-love-reviewI was so kindly sent to Palma with in September and then very kindly gifted this gorgeous Luau Love Tankini from Curvy Kate to wear whilst there. I was a first-time tankini wearer and underwired swimwear was an unknown phenomenon to me! Being a larger breasted lady I can now feel so much more comfortable {and confident!} in swimwear, thanks to this tankini.

November – Vax Dual Power Pro Carpet Cleaner

Vax dual power pro carpet cleanerIn November, I was kindly sent a Vax Dual power pro carpet cleaner and I cannot tell you how much something like this was needed in our home. I swear our toddler has been the messiest little pup out of all of my children. Our bedroom floor was treated during this review and if you pop over you can see the results! Very pleased! I also prefer using this on my laminate flooring then my steam cleaner now too! 😉

December – Calumet 7300 4-section Tripod

tripod-calumetAs a lover of Photography, given a chance to review a product for Calumet was a true highlight of my year. This fabulous Calumet 7300 4-section tripod is fantastic and perfect for all of the family photos I plan to take in 2016!

So, there you go, that’s my 2015 Review roundup. This was a surprisingly fun post to put together for you guys, so let’s see what 2016 brings eh!

Happy New Year folks!!

I got a couple of reviews like wool and things like that from two different sites. I need to get my finger out and work on things like a media kit and those kinds of things. Need to start a list of things to aim for in 2016 rather than just bumping along and hoping things will happen I guess. Anyway – lots of exciting things for you 😀 That Bridesmaids dress is gorgeous. I need to buy a new swimming costume as the water and carrying Jaxon nearly pulled down my tankini bottoms last time we went swimming! Oops!

I absolutely love this idea 🙂 I may do this at the end of this year to look back on all the fabulous things that have happened for my family and me!!
