Me & Mine project {February 2016}

Welcome to my Me & Mine photography project post for February. This month’s photo was taken in my usual manner of, hustling everyone together while it was dry outside, to snap a photo in a hope it’ll do for my monthly post! Ha! Every time it comes around it’s always a last minute job, but I think I prefer them that way, because it shows us being, well, us!

No perfect poses, no oh-it-has-to-be-framed-perfectly and everyone being happy and smiley {even though we are in this shot, which is a miracle in itself!}.…it’s just us, real-life and capturing a moment together as a family.

Me & Mine photography project
The month of February has been a lovely one. School for the kids is going great, I can swear my youngest son is finally starting to grow a little – for a while there I thought he was going to stay his little pocket sized self forever! My two eldest boys are just evolving into fully fledged young men now, and their need for me is growing weaker and weaker; unless it involves money {isn’t that always the way? lol}.

My eldest girl seems to have grown into this young lady overnight and her little Sister is swiftly following her into the realms of miracle growing too. Annabelle has lost her baby days and looks to be leaving her toddler days behind her too. She’s getting so big and ls looking so grown up today that I’m struggling to cope with it all.

February has seen me share us going private and starting speech therapy {more on that once we get started! – do let me know if you’ve got any experiences with SALT that you feel may help us}. We’ve also shared some cute Mothers Day FREE PRINTABLES, as well as sharing our Siblings project post for February too!

This month has seen me write up 50 blog post ideas for when you get stuck,  sharing some fun review posts including Biscuiteers Ltd & the Tomy Foam Cone factory and finally, February saw me kick-start my brand new photography linky, Developing Life. This week’s post if you care to link up is available right here

    That’s a fab photo, you all look so happy and natural, the children look like they didn’t mind been hustled together at all! I love Annabelle’s rabbit top and stripey wellies too. I managed our first photo with our youngest looking, and did a little dance this month, she has a blank expression but that’ll do!!

    It’s a lovely photo, full of love and cuddles! I agree it is hard to get them and I had to ask my mum this month, and her photography skills need some work! Haha! xx

    Oh Debs this is an absolutely gorgeous photo, I think it is one of my favourites of yours. You look so happy and close together! xx

    This is a great photo, Debs! I love that it captures all your personalities as once and shows all of you as a family. Plus, you’re all looking in the camera, which is more than I can say for my own family pictures which usually has my daughter looking every which way other than forward. Thanks so much for sharing these and for hosting us this week on #mmwbh!

    Gorgeous photo! I am always incredibly jealous of family photos as we are yet to get one of the 6 of us where everyone is smiling or even looking at the camera! #MMWBH

    Love the natural photos that capture the happiness of the moment. No stagging, no touch ups. #madmidweek
