Cupcake the Animated Unicorn from Chad Valley Toys

If you follow me on any of my social media channels you’ll have seen a few weeks ago I was made a Chad Valley Toy Panelist. I was also able to add a new super exciting badge to the sidebar on my blog. Working with new brands is such an awesome thing and for this one, my first review to bring to you Chad Valley’s Cupcake, the Animated Unicorn.

Cupcake is a luscious pink Unicorn with lots of fun animated abilities, making her feel like a real pet. Who wouldn’t want a pet Unicorn! I know I would! Cupcake comes with 2 mini cupcakes that when you put them in her mouth, she’ll make chewing noises as she ‘eats’ the treats.

Cupcake the animated Unicorn also comes with a brush that allows you to be able to brush her gorgeous pink mane. As you brush her she’ll make happy noises as she enjoys the attention of being groomed.

You are able to press her left ear which will make her neigh, nod her head and wiggle her tail. Press her right ear and she will make magical noises before she starts to walk forward making clip, clop noise effects.

What do I think of the product? I think the size of the product is lovely. Much bigger than I would have expected it to be {H33, W43, D18cm}. It’s perfect for my 3yr old daughter and all you have to do is add 4xAA batteries to bring Cupcake to life. I wouldn’t want to change anything about the product, but possibly having a saddle accessory perhaps. Somewhere to store the cupcakes and brush when they’re not being used would be lovely. Otherwise, losing them is a high possibility! The cost of Cupcake the Animated Unicorn is brilliant in my opinion, RRP £29.99, making it excellent value for money.

What does my littlest lady think of the product? That’s an easy one. She loves her. She carries her wherever she goes when at home, she can often be found pressing Cupcakes right ear to make her walk and opening her legs {like a tunnel} for Cupcake to walk through. It’s super cute.

I’ll have a giveaway for a £75 voucher going live on the blog tomorrow {21st October 2016}, so keep a wee eye out for that!

Disclosure: As a Chad Valley Panelist I was sent this product for the purpose of this review. All thoughts, photos, and opinions are entirely my own.
