Considering a Package Holiday!

After our family holiday in France earlier this year, it got me thinking about any potential holidays we’d like to look into for the future. We’ve always been the spur of the moment, lets go here on a whim sort of people, which is all well & good, exciting and so forth. However I also think it would be nice to let someone else do all of the organising for a change, which is why we’ve been considering a package holiday.

The idea of a package holiday has never really jumped into our heads, but now I think of it, the idea of letting a travel agent pretty much organise our trip for us, {everything from flights, accommodation etc at an inclusive price} seems like the way to go! Why we’ve not done it before is beyond me because I actually think the amount we’ve spent in previous holidays to Blackpool etc, the same amount could be spent to take us all to Spain for an all inclusive, family travel package holiday!
EUROPEMEDITERRANEANSPAINCON_ESPMENORCACALANBOSCHHOLIDAYVILLAGEMENORCAThat’s a crazy thought isn’t it! Going somewhere within the UK could potentially cost just as much as going abroad. Madness. But something to seriously consider.
HV-CostaSo why would we choose Spain? Well, for one my late Mother lived in Spain for a time and she loved it. I visited a few times and loved it just as much. So with having those little tasters of the country, I think the kids and the darling man would love it too.

The sun, the sea, the sand, the water parks alone would be a source of everlasting enjoyment for us all {not just the kids}. And being able to relax knowing everything’s been paid for down to the drinks we enjoy by the pool to the food that feels our tummy’s in the evening seems very, very appealing.

Are you a Package Holiday fan? I’d love to hear more!

Package holidays are really geared for the likes of young families – less hassle. You don’t have to think about the “how to we get there” “where are we gonna take the kids today”. You don’t have to – because it’s all been done for you.

Plus with choosing which board to go with – you can control how much you go off-site to eat. It means that it is a lot easier for busy, young families to get some R&R and recharge your batteries (as much as you can with all the wee uns)

Yes, all I am booking is package holidays which includs hotel, flight and half board or all inclusive. I am not a fan of self catering as you pay so much more going for a meal all the time when you could have a buffet. Especially when you go with kids. We have never been on holidays before as a couple and not with the kids either. We have planned to go to Cambrils Park in Spain next year either before or after the wedding.
