A Wedding Stamp Review from Noolibird

This whole planning-a-wedding-lark is a pretty overwhelming experience. My memory sucks at the best of times so just the sheer HUGE job of trying to remember every single little detail for our big day is a very daunting task. So I’m trying to do one thing at a time {very hard for me!}, in order and with a faint hope nothing will be forgotten or overlooked!

So after choosing our venue, finalising our date {Woohoo!} the next thing was to sort out the invitations. I knew from the start that I didn’t want anything traditional. I think I repel the traditional wedding approach because I want nothing do to with it. I knew I wanted something a little different, unique and would also act as a keepsake rather than just being thrown away.

So with those thoughts in mind I took to Pinterest {it’s a total place to gather inspiration isn’t it?} and I came across the fun rustic idea to have our invitations stamped onto a tree slice. It’s different, a little unique & fun and totally in tune with the theme of the overall Wedding day.

So with the idea in mind, I found tree slices easy enough to buy online {do shop around as some places are so overpriced compared to others} so all I needed was a Wedding stamp and before I knew it I found myself glued to searching on google. I was lucky enough to find the gorgeous website Noolibird which did just what I need and custom designs too!

After a little browse of the Wedding stamp section of the website, I found the stamp I wanted. It was love at first sight if I’m honest, and the thought of doing such a craft inspired Wedding invitation was super exciting.

I have an idea in mind for my wedding invitations, but I’ll share that in another post soon! But as for these adorably gorgeous wedding stamps from noolibird, I’m in love and the customer service was great too! They come highly recommended from me.

They’re so pretty and stylish and really add a personal touch to the invites. It also makes the job of writing lots really exciting. I’d sit and stamp happily all day!

What an awesome idea. I wish I had seen these at the begining of the year. I wanted something unusual for our wedding invites, but ended up with (some very pretty) pre designed ones, asI am not crafty or artistic.

We did DIY our invites, my mum, my best friend and I sat round my Mum’s dining room table one afternoon and worked on getting them all done. The text was printed on a word document and then we worked on all the other bits probably in some logical order but it was a eight years ago now.

I love that thank you stamp. I end up making my own thank you cards as you can only buy them in 8s or 10s and I often could do with more.
