Sight seeing plans for France!

It’s April 1st, so I can officially say that we are off on holiday NEXT MONTH! O.M.G! Excited and nervous all rolled into one. We’ve never been to France, we don’t speak the language and we’ve really no idea what to expect. But we know one thing, it’s going to be one hell of an adventure!

We will be staying in the La Croix Du Vieux Pont, EuroCamp Resort and we have plans to see as much of that part of France that we can. We will have days in the resort and a few days planned to venture out to sample France at its finest & Disneyland, Paris is an absolute must!

But with saying that, Paris City is somewhere I’d love for us to spend the day at also.

The Louvre even! However with having children with us that could be one place we’d have to wait for something…like a honeymoon perhaps!

Just a short walk from our resort is the Village of Vic-sur-Aisne, which would make a lovely morning sightseeing venture one day.

I can also see us hopping on a bus and venturing to the Historical sights of the Cathedral Town of Soissons. I’m a sucker for old buildings.

So as you can see, it’s going to be a pretty exciting holiday adventure, right? We cannot WAIT! Roll on the next five weeks!! We want to start our 2015 Family in France Adventure!

I’m looking forward to hearing more about this. We have a week in Paris in July – 4 days of Disney (gulp) but 3 days of other things- looking forward to seeing what you come up with 🙂

Oh I am so jealous! Disneyland will be amazing and Paris is fantastic – you can get a cheap sightseeing boat down the river that shows you so many of the sights and when we went we had lunch up the Eiffel Tower. There are loads of parks and things too that make it a really child friendly city.
One day out I would hugely recommend would be the Palace of Versailles. The views are breathtaking and there is so much history there. The grounds would be great for the littles to run around x
