We’re a Bostik Blogger family – January!

One of my many 2016 goals was to try and get more crafty with the kids. I always had this notion of not being super crafty with the children {I know, bad parenting right?} but I was never a fan of the added mess! Is anyone? But both of my girls love to go wild with the foam stickers, glitter and glue so when we were made Bostik Bloggers through Tots100 for this year I knew this was my time to make more of an effort with the kids on the crafting side of life.

Being a Bostik Blogger means that the company Craft Merrily will be sending us a themed box of crafting goodies each month for us to get creative with.

The box we were sent out has loads of fun little bits and bobs that made my craft mad daughters eyes widen with creativity and excitement. So it was time to hand over the reins and let her go wild. But I have to admit, I couldn’t let her have all the fun so I joined in myself. With the box we had sent out, sprinkled with gorgeous heart ribbons, stickers, and glitter card – there was really only one theme that we could run with and that’s Valentines day!

These homemade cards are all about being creative, so no step-by-step guide is really required. I did love watching my daughter glow with pride as she made her card too give to her Daddy this Valentines Day.

I think we both did a great job and I have to say, the contents of January’s Bostik Blogger craft box was lots of fun to work with. Lots of useful little bits and pieces that made perfect additions to our Homemade Valentines day cards.

This box was lots of fun to do and we are already keen to get started on next months craft box to share with you guys!

Disclosure: As a Bostik Blogger I was sent this box of craft material for the purpose of my review. All thoughts, photos and opinions are my own.
