Halloween ‘No Bake’ Recipe: Black Cat Oreos!

Halloween is coming, folks! I’m very excited, as are my children. Well, the little ones anyway, the teenagers just grunt and go back to their PCs!

Are you having a party? Have you got your party food planned out in your head yet? Fancy adding another fabulous treat to catch the eye of your guests! Your kids will love helping you make these too as they are super easy!

To make your own Black Cat Oreos you only need a handful of ingredients
Chocolate Chips
Green/Orange smarties
Black Icing Pen.
That’s it, super simple and I had some buttercream in my baking cupboard so I used that to attached the eyes/nose and ears to the head. I used the icing pen to add the slits to my cat’s eyes and cut my smarties into little triangles for the cat’s nose {even though I think they look like little owl beaks! haha! Maybe using pink for the cat’s nose would be better!}. So there you have it, couldn’t be simpler and I think they look rather fetching! Meow!
What will you have on your Halloween party table this year?

These look great. My Emily LOVES Oreos but she is obsssed by the break it, twist it, dip it in milk or whatever the advert says ha ha. I might convince her to do this instead! x
