Our Halloween Reads

Ever since I made this gorgeous book nook for my girls, I have been on such a book buying purge that I have truly been in my element. I adore books and I love that, that love has instilled onto my children. I only hope that through books they go on adventures and journeys through their imagination, like I did…and just….get lost in other worlds and fairytales.

However before I go on about mystical pirate seas and fluttering devil pixies, let me share with you our little collection of Halloween reads.
hallow1Even though my older ones are too big to be read to nowadays, I have Annabelle to read too and we really thrive on that quiet time together. Its routine, and she really loves being told a story and I love getting her undivided attention as her imagination flitters off into story lands full of mischief and sweet morals.
hallow2The books the girls have in their book nook are the following:

– Meg & the Pirate
– I’m Not Scared
– Room on the Broom
– Penguin & the Pumpkin
– Jampires
– The Friendly With
– Wickle Woo has a Halloween Party

hallow3Does your little one have a favourite Halloween book they love to read, or have read to them?

Great books! Great book nook! We ended up using a big dog pillow so we could all read on the floor, I felt a bit bad using a dog pillow for my kids but it’s soooooo comfy!
Thanks for a great post and linkup. xx
