Water fun at Blackpool, Pleasure beach

When we went on our holidays to Blackpool last month, on one of those days we visited the famous Pleasure Beach, Blackpool. A more detailed post will be shared about our day there at a later date, however, I wanted to share with you one moment that really fits in with a magical moment for me & the kids.

As you walk into the park, they have a fabulous water feature that you can mess around on, and the kids did just that! Running underneath the archways of water, the water barely missing them, the laughs of them as they felt victorious for dodging the prospects of getting wet and still being bone dry was a real treat to sit back & soak in {excuse the pun}.

Ellie clearly thinking she has some sort of water bending skill.

Jacob being a jammy little dude and ‘just’ making it through!

Look at those happy faces. Priceless.

Something as simple as water, giving them that much joy was amazing to look upon, take in, and store to go over another day/week/month or year. Hopefully, go over those memories of running under archways of water and ‘water bending’ will live on and come out now again as they wear the biggest smiles on their faces, in a hope to go back one day to do it all over again.

Super fun! They have a water feature like this in Wolverhampton and my boy loves it. However, it’s not fun taking him shopping afterwards…
